Q - If my friends are coming to skate, do I need to pay admission if I'm just going to hang out?
A - Sorry! Yes, you will be charged full admission price whether you skate or not. Parents are the only spectators.
Q - Do you offer group rates?
A - Yes! With a party of 15 or more, you will receive fifty cents off admission price. Please call ahead - (559)733-8686 - to see if there may be a better offer we can give you!
SKATES
Q - What sizes do you rent?
A - We rent skate from juvenile size 7 to adult size 13.
Q - Can I bring my own skates?
A - Yes! We allow all kinds of regular roller skates and in-line skates.
Q - Can I wear my Heelys?
A - Sorry, because heelys do not have wheels in the front & back and are not intended for "roller skating" they are not permitted.
Q - Do you sell skates and equipment?
A - YES! We can also order just about anything and have your order here in a couple of days.
SKATING
Q - What goes on at a public session?
A - Most sessions are set up with a variety of special skates: All-Skate, Backwards Skate, and Couples Skate. During daytime or family-oriented sessions, we also play games, include dancing, and give prizes.
Q - If my child doesn't skate well, can I walk on the rink to assist him/her?
A - That is left to the discretion of the session manager. He will determine your safety and the safety of our skating customers. It solely depends on how busy the session is.
Q - Do you offer lessons for my child?
A - Sorry to say we do not offer lessons here. If your child is young, we recommend the Saturday morning "Kids Club" session from 10am-noon. This is a "low-key" session that we offer to young and beginning skaters.
PAYMENT
Q - What forms of payment do you allow?
A - Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Q - Do you have an ATM?
A - Yes, we do through our cashier. There is a charge of $1.50.
Q - Can I pay with a check?
A - Yes.
PARTIES
Q - Can I hold a birthday party/private party during public sessions?
Q - Can I rent Roller Towne for a private party?
A - Yes! We offer private sessions on select days of the week.
Q - How far in advance do I need to make party reservations?
A - As a rule of thumb, session parties should be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance, and private parties require at least 30 days to as much as 6 months notice.
Q - Can I bring outside food in to Roller Towne?
A - Sorry, no outside food can be brought in.
Q - Can I bring in a cake if I am bringing a bunch of kids to skate?
A - Sorry, the only time you are allowed to bring in cake is if you book a birthday party with Roller Towne.
Q - Do you sell food?
A - Yes, we sell pizza, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, soft drinks etc....
MUSIC/ ENTERTAINMENT
Q - Do you take song requests?
A - Yes! Our DJ will make every effort to get your favorite song played during the session. Please note: not all music is appropriate for all sessions. If you ask the DJ, they will let you know if we can play your song.
Q - What else can you do at Roller Towne besides skate?
A - Play any of our exciting video games, dance or play in the bounce house! (The bounce houses is up every Saturday morning during our Kids Club session.)

MISCELLANEOUS
Q -Do you sell gift certificates?
A - Yes! we sell "Roller Bucks" that can be purchased anytime during office hours or during any public session.
Q - Will you donate something to my child's school auction?
A - Yes! Roller Towne is happy to donate products/ services to non-profits. Please send a written request on organization letterhead stating the name and date of the event and the nature of your request.
